An Artist’s Gift Guide

With Halloween behind us and Thanksgiving just around the corner, the holiday shopping season has arrived. Have you begun shopping? Although I haven’t started crossing items off my gift list just yet, I’ve been browsing and pinning (spoiler alert, dear husband). I’ve put together some ideas for the maker on your list, the artist or creative type. Don’t feel pressure to find something artsy–and don’t use the word artsy!  I suggest you avoid gifts like this (I am sure I have received this gift). Keep it simple. While I can’t speak for everyone, the creatives I know love food, reading, and music. Oh, and office supplies. You’ll rarely miss the mark with a bottle of wine or a good book. And we will always accept cheese. Just about everything on my gift guide is $50 or less and I made picks that I hope will work just as well for hostess/host gifts, stocking stuffers, or your office gift exchange. Enjoy!

Gaah! I would love the apron or tape or wine or cheese or cheese knife set or books. Perhaps, I should’ve just said I would be pleased to get any of these picks as a gift.
